Here at Clay, we want to help you make the right choice and fall in love your new buys, and to help you do this, we are more then happy to answer any questions or enquiries you may have regarding products/vouchers that you wish to purchase! In the unfortunate event that you receive your goods damaged or faulty, please email within 7 days quoting your order number, a photograph and a brief description of the fault/damage and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
