We're all human, we get that sometimes life gets in the way and you need to cancel your appointment. All we ask, is that you notify us of any changes at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service, cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service. 

In the case of a missed appointment, there will be a charge of 100% of the missed service and a booking deposit may be required to secure your next appointment. 


If you are a new client, or haven't had a colour/tinting service for over 6 months, it is required that you receive a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. With Covid rules and restrictions - this is now a law. Please make arrangements (when you book your appointment) for your patch test to be done as well. 

For your comfort and safety please notify one of our team if you have any disabilities, allergies, if you are pregnant or if there's anything else you think we need to be aware of that could affect your treatment. 

Our team have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

In order to become a fully sustainable salon, we have introduced a 'Green Fee'. This enables us to be part of Green Salon Collective - a company that specifically recycles our industry's waste.

The fee will be added to your service in the salon and will be between £1-£2.
